Online fee payment
Letting parents pay fees online and having the receipt and the ledger update themselves, instead of the office reconciling payments by hand.
Parent access
Giving parents a way to see their own child's attendance, fees and progress directly, rather than the office fielding the same questions by phone.
Exams and report cards
Recording marks against the student record and producing report cards from them, so results are not rebuilt in a spreadsheet each term.
