HNMX Technologies is a software company working with businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools. We build custom systems to order, and we build three products of our own for industries we know well.
What we do
Two kinds of work, one way of working
Most of our work is custom: a business describes a process that no off-the-shelf product handles properly, and we build the system that does. That work is where we learn an industry properly.
The three products came out of that. When the same problem kept appearing across aluminium fabricators, car dealerships and schools, it made more sense to build and maintain a product than to rebuild the same thing each time.
Either way the approach is the same — understand the real process first, agree what gets built, show working software early, and keep supporting it once it is in use.

These are working rules, not slogans — they decide what goes on this website as much as what goes in the code.
Say what the software actually does
We would rather lose a deal than win one on a claim that falls apart during implementation. If a feature is still being built, we say so — on this site and in the room.
Start from the real process
Before design, we watch how the work is done today, including the parts that happen in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Software that ignores those gets abandoned.
Build things people can run
The people using our software are estimators, sales staff and school administrators, not engineers. If it needs a manual to get through a Tuesday, it is not finished.
Tell you when we are not the fit
Sometimes the honest answer is a cheaper tool, or no new software at all. Saying so costs us one project and keeps the relationship.
